Caraway, a brand already known for popular ceramic and stainless steel cookware, just launched its first powered appliance, the $495 Caraway 10-Cup Coffee Maker. And after five years of development, 200 iterations and more than 10 pending patents, there's something that really sets this coffeemaker apart from others on the market: its plastic-free brewing system. Zero plastic touches the water or coffee as it travels through the machine, a notable departure from many drip coffeemakers that use plastic components in areas where hot water passes.

Caraway calls the design its Clean Brew System. Water starts in a glass reservoir, moves through a stainless path and shower head, then hits the grounds inside a stainless steel brew basket with a reusable steel filter before finished coffee lands in a glass carafe. The machine is also made without PFAS, lead and cadmium, claims Caraway had verified by a third-party lab.
The Caraway 10-Cup Coffee Maker is also simple and straightforward to use: It has a single dial for brewing and cleaning and has a built-in cleaning and descaling cycle (plus removable dishwasher-safe components). It can brew anywhere from two to 10 cups at a time, and has a warming plate that keeps coffee hot for up to 90 minutes.

Caraway 12-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set
This 12-piece set includes a fry pan, saucepan, saute pan, Dutch oven, lids and storage organizers — all with Caraway's five-ply construction. The pieces are induction-compatible and oven-safe to 550 degrees. This set earned our Best of the Best rating; our testers loved the durable construction and high-heat performance, but noted that the pans’ straight sides can make pouring awkward.
Caraway 12-Piece Nonstick Ceramic Cookware Set
This 12-piece ceramic set includes four pieces of cookware, three lids, four magnetic pan racks and a canvas lid holder. All the cookware pieces are compatible with all types of stovetops and oven-safe to 550 degrees. This set offers the Best Bang for your Buck, according to our testers, who praised the versatile assortment and included storage, but disliked that the pieces are heavy and the coating can scratch or fade.
Caraway Nonstick Ceramic-Coated Squareware Set
The Squareware bundle includes an 11-inch griddle pan, 11-inch grill pan, double burner griddle, roasting pan with rack and two magnetic organizers. The ceramic-coated pieces work on induction stoves and are safe to go in the oven. BestReviews testers liked their roomy shapes for making all kinds of different foods, but cautioned against using metal utensils that can scratch their nonstick surfaces.
Caraway Stainless Steel Mini Duo
For smaller kitchens, this five-ply stainless steel duo includes an 8-inch fry pan and a 1.75-quart saucepan and lid. Both are PTFE- and PFOA-free. Our testers liked the set for singles, occasional cooks and small kitchens, but noted that it’s understandably limited for anyone needing multiple full-size pieces.
Caraway Dutch Oven Pot with Lid
At 6.5 quarts and 10.5 inches wide, Caraway’s ceramic-coated Dutch oven is sized for soups, stews, sauces and larger entrees. It works on gas, electric and induction cooktops and is oven-safe up to 550 degrees. Our testers loved its large size and how easy it is to clean, but recommended nonmetal utensils to protect the surface from scratching.
